Note: You can buy “Second Heart” from the Ripperdoc in Heywood (Wellsprings). This requires street cred level 49, body attribute level 16, and $42,000.
Next, after reviving with “Second Heart” (after letting an enemy kill you), click revive, and then kill that enemy in under 5 seconds from revival.
