I managed to hit ~60 fps with drops of 40-45 fps in some action scenes and heavy areas. It’s a shame that CDPR was way off about the recommended specs.

*Slow HDD Mode helps me alot when driving and does seem to reduce micro stuttering even though the game is installed on a M.2 SSD with read/write speed of up to 2,200/2,000MB/s.
NVIDIA Control Panel
Go to NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > Program Settings and select cyperpunk2077.exe
Set “Image Sharpening” On
Sharpen: 0.60
Ignore film grain: 1.00

NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > Global Settings
Low Latency Mode – Ultra
Power management mode – Prefer maximum performance
Set Texture filtering – Negative LOD bias – Allow
Set Texture filtering – Quality – High Performance
Vertical sync – On


Properties
Right-click on “cyberpunk2077.exe” and check “Disable fullscreen optimization”.
