Go to this location on the map located in Kabuki (look at the green arrow not the blue box).
Now, go inside this little alley (where the baseball bat mission is located) and turn left at the end.
Go straight until you’re almost under the satellite dish and look to the right.
Open the garage door and loot the chest on the left side at the back.
Don’t forget to visit a ripperdoc and get them installed!
