- Step 1 Restart your PC.
- Step 2 Restart your router.
- Step 3 If you have more than one WIFI router, try connecting to another router.
- Step 4 Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6. If you are on Windows Preview Insider build, please roll back to a stable build of Windows 10.
