At the very end of the train where you meet your target, Arthur Edwards, there will be a Serum on a table. Pick up the Serum and keep it in your hands for 1 minute. Do not inject Arthur with it! After a minute, Arthur will say something and you can inject yourself with it (R2/RT). Do this to get this trophy. It also unlocks a secret game ending and the redacted Feat Challenge “A New Father”.
