Poison the drink in the sitting room. Make sure to wait until Alexa drinks it. It should take around 6 minutes. Alexa will walk away to make a call and then come back.
Final point: The trophy takes a while to unlock. Don’t panic if you don’t get it right away. The trophy gets unlocked after Emma inspects the poisoned drink.
