Sony Reveals New PS5 Exclusive Survival Horror Game & Clarifies MLB The Show On Xbox Game Pass

A few weeks ago, Sony announced a new Playstation 5 Exclusive game called Abandoned. They also clarified an issue that MLB the show 21 is having about a game pass situation in Xbox. Let’s look into it now.

Abandoned is a cinematic survival horror simulation game that targets Q4 2021 release. Abandoned prefers a practical approach to survival and is set in a highly detailed open-world setting. It revolves around Jason Longfield, who wakes up abandoned in a mysterious forest and has no idea how he got there. He then discovers that he’s been kidnapped and taken there for a dark reason must fight to survive.

The developers want to deliver a unique realistic gameplay experience to players. Abandoned is also not like any other game where you just have to run, aim, and shoot. It requires you to hide and plan your every move, and a wrong move might be the deciding factor in combat. And because of the Dual Sense wireless controller, players will feel each interaction during gameplay.

MLB the Show 21

MLB had a specific Game Pass situation on Xbox recently and VGC explained the situation.

The license holders, according to Sony, decided to place MLB on the Xbox Game Pass for free to Xbox Game Pass subscribers on the Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles. Sony also adds that MLB made this decision to establish the game as the premier brand for baseball video games.
