Hello, this is a simple guide on how to get all endings and their achievements. I will not spoil anything, so you can read it safely.
First, you’ll reach a certain mission in the story that will give you an alert saying “point of no return”. This means after starting, you can’t go back to do any of this, so you must do it before reaching that part.
After a certain number of events and actions, you’ll reach this exact moment. This moment will give you three options. Even though there are more, these three are the ones that can give you Achievements.
“The Devil” Ending
In this ending, you will be rewarded the Achievement “The Devil”.
For that, you must reach the Main Mission “Search and Destroy” (I recommend that you save your game before starting since failing is a big possibility), during this mission, you reach a certain moment where you must save Takemura and leave with him. This is very easy to miss because there is no objective for it and no indication that Takemura can be saved at all.
After the point where you see Johnny like in the picture at the start of this guide, just select the option “Think trusting Arasaka’s risky but worth it”.
“The Star” or “Temperance” Ending
In this ending, you will be rewarded the Achievement “The Star”. For that, you must reach complete all of Panam’s side quests, those are:
• Riders on the Storm
• With a Little Help From My Friends
• Queen of the Highway
Again, after the point where you see Johnny like in the picture at the start of this guide, just select the option “Gonna ask Panam for help”. After you do the rest of the main questline, you must choose the dialogue “Wanna live out whatever life I got left“ and then enter the Well. That’s it. You should now be awarded “The Star” achievement.
For “Temperance” you must choose the dialogues “Body’s Johnny’s. I’ll go“ and cross the bridge and enter the Cyberspace.
“The Sun” Ending
In this ending, you will be rewarded the Achievement “The Sun”. For that, you must complete Rogue’s Side Missions. Pretty simple really. It starts on the mission “Chippin’ In”, after that just roll with it and reach “Blistering Love”.
Again, after the point where you see Johnny like in the picture at the start of this guide, just select the option “Think you and Rogue should go”.
After certain events, you will need to select “Cross the bridge and enter the Cyberspace”. You should now be awarded “The Sun” achievement.

Hopefully, I didn’t spoil anything for you and you got the ending you wanted. You can always just load a previous save before “The Point of No Return” alert and go for another ending if you want to save time not making a new character. Also, you only get the achievement after the epilogue at the credits, so don’t freak out if you didn’t get it immediately.
